Girl Last Seen by Nina Laurin

Rating: 4 out of 5.

My Thoughts:

What I Loved: The mysteries just kept coming in this book. I could not figure out what was really going on until the author told me!

How I Felt: This story is sad. We see a girl’s life completely altered. Her abduction memories are heartbreaking. The parts where we see her in her life today are nerve-wracking, but so intriguing.

To Read or Not To Read: This was a very good book with a well-written plot twisting two abduction stories together. Readers of mystery, suspense, and thrillers will really enjoy this.

What’s This Book About Anyway?

It’s been 20 years since Ella was abducted and then found. She’s been trying to live what’s left of her life, but struggles terribly.

Now, Olivia Shaw has gone missing. Ella sees her missing posters and sees the mirror image of herself. She knows in her heart that her un-captured abductor has taken another girl. The police see the similarities as well and bring Ella in to help with any memories that would lead to finding this girl.

This book had such a powerful story line, I couldn’t put it down. It’s definitely worth reading!
