A Perfect Tree by Denise Dunham

This book was provided to me by NetGalley and the publisher, BooksGoSocial in exchange for my honest review.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

This book is a sweet story of a young girl whose family moves into an extremely small house, what she calls a dollhouse. There is not space for many beds and her parents sleep on a pull-out sofa bed. Their kitchen cannot hold a table, so the table they use collapses when they are not eating.

Christmas is coming soon and she wants a Christmas tree, but her parents tell her that she cannot have one. The house is too small. She is sad and prays about it. Asking for God to provide a tree.

Then, a truck carrying Christmas tree drives by their home and a tree falls out. The driver offers to give the tree to the family, and it is just the right size to fit on a table in their home.
