Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz

Rating: 4 out of 5.

My Thoughts:

What I Loved: The premise of the main character being able to see the dead, but they don’t speak is so intriguing. I love the calm way Odd handled his dead.

How I Felt: Dean Koontz writes with great suspense, but adds some light humor at times and I love it! This is part of a series and I was so happy about that because this is such a great book and I didn’t want the story to end.

To Read or Not To Read: If you enjoy thrillers, suspense, or Dean Koontz novels, this is a great read!

What’s This Book About Anyway?

Odd Thomas can see the dead, but they don’t talk. They will find him to help him solve a case, sometimes they are just hanging around.  But now, a mysterious man has come to Pico Mundo and the only clue Odd Thomas has is that his calendar has August 15th noted…and today is the 14th. Odd works with his friends to try to save their town in only 24 hours.
