What I Loved:
I loved this story so much. It was filled with the love new parents feel for their child and it made my heart swell with love for my own children.

How I Felt:
The Illustrations: What a beautifully illustrated book! Kate Alizadeh turned each page into a piece of art. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at all the colorful details throughout World So Wide.
The Story: This book takes the reader through the addition of a new child to a family. Starting with a newborn, the pages take us through the growth of the infant into a child, the child into a teen, the teen into a man, and the addition of a child to his own family.
Overall, World So Wide was a beautiful book with lovely illustrations and a heartwarming reminder of the love of family.
To Read or Not To Read:
I would recommend World So Wide for a couple that is starting a family. This book could be a gift at a shower, that they then read to their child all the way through elementary school. It’s also a good book for any child as it’s a wonderful message of love and family.
