The Secrets We Keep by Nikki Lee Taylor

Person peeking through hole

Rating: 4 out of 5.

This story was a heartbreaking thriller creating such a wild ride of emotions from start to finish. I found this book a bit hard to read due to some content that I outline in my content warning section. It was, however, an excellent story that you won’t forget about.

The characters created in this story are really well developed. I thought that the author did a wonderful job of creating story arcs and personal growth, making me care about them. I liked that we really got to see different sides of the characters, offering some better insight into their actions.
