Christina Lauren is an author duo that I just continue to enjoy reading books by! Their most recent book to be released, Something Wilder is a fun, action-packed romance, and I really enjoyed it! This is the first book I have read by them that I would classify as a Romantic Suspense, and I thought they did a great job with it!
The story alternates between two perspectives. We have Lily Wilder, daughter of a famous treasure hunter, and now running “treasure hunting” tours in the Utah canyons. Then, there is Leo, heading to the canyons for a guy’s trips, and soon to find out he’s being led on this treasure hunt by someone from his past (Lily).
So, of course, I’m on board with a solid romance, but I really enjoyed the treasure hunting action in this one. There’s some crazy stuff that happens that causes danger and surprises, and it made the story so fun. It also made the steamy moments so much more needed! A great release for all 😉!
I would absolutely recommend this for readers that enjoy romance reads as well as any Christina Lauren fans!
