This was a really cute story that really leans towards a women’s fiction story, but it has some great romance moments as well!
Libby and Frank meet on a bus. Libby finds out that Frank has been riding the bus since the 60’s looking for his lost love…💔…right?? So Libby begins a search for Frank’s lost love, and she teams up with another person, Dylan, who is also connected to Frank.
I just loved this story. It’s a wonderful mix of romance, grief, ghosts of the past, and ghosts of the present.
Florence is a ghost writer for an extremely popular romance author, and very few people know. When a new editor arrives to meet with Florence, they don’t start off on the best foot. After a terrible meeting, and then a terrible night at the bar, she finds out her father has passed away and heads home. Where she finds a ghost, but it’s not the ghost of her dad…
So, this book was a great mix of magical realism and self-discovery, and I really enjoyed it! I loved traveling with Lolly to see what her life could have been as well as learning about what she truly wants and already has.
