Two Roads to Paradise is the second book in the Be Careful What You Wish For series, and I was so excited to read it! Lucky for me, I was able to start it as soon as I finished book 1, The Way Out!

This book picks up a few years after the first book ends. I would recommend reading The Way Out before picking this one up, so you aren’t lost. Now that the world has stabilized the rebuilding of the human race, they have to turn their focus to rebuilding everything else. The story follows the characters from the first book as they set out on their individual adventures to help with this task.

This was such a fun story! It’s filled with science fiction, space and time travel, post-apocalyptic situations, and some political commentary!

I really enjoyed the characters, and the situations they were put into. When a space crew heads into space, they hit a black hole and end up back on earth 40 years in the future. Let me tell you…things are VERY different.
