The Fairy in the Kettle Gets Magical by Pauline Tait

This is the third book in the series The Fairy in the Kettle. I was provided this book as an ARC by NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

My Daughter’s Thoughts:

My daughter LOVED the illustrations in this book. It grabbed her attention immediately, and is ultimately why she chose the book. She wanted to see more. Once we started the book, she was entranced and loved it from start to finish!

My Thoughts:

I too thought the illustrations were quite pretty in this book. Also, I loved that she loved the book. The story was something that I could read again, and again….an important trait in a children’s book. We have way too many books on our shelves that I groan at having to read again. This will not be one of those.

What’s This Book About Anyway?

The fairies have discovered that their fairy dust is getting low. They leave their special home in search of more. Going on an adventure outside of their comfortable homeland in search of this fairy dust, they encounter all sorts of things. They soon realize that they can only find this fairy dust, and bring it home, if they work together.
